Dedicated Resources are full-time employees at our company who can be wholly dedicated to your project needs. These resources report directly to you each business day. Dedicated Resources work normal business hours M-F (at least 160 hours per month) and are exclusively dedicated to your projects. We require a 2-month minimum initial commitment to engage this model. Domshark can support the expansion of your offshore team by hiring candidates based on client requirements. No matter what function or department the requirement is for, we can hire the candidate based on client requirements or needs.

For Dedicated Full-Time Resources Client/Customer has to commit to a minimum of 2 month. The services can be terminated anytime after 2 month or can be extended quarterly / half yearly / annually as per client requirement.

Block Hours engagements are ideal for clients/customers who know they will need at least a certain number of hours for their projects over a 3 month period. You can buy as many hours as you need each month. You are not bound to buy unused hours, which might get lapsed. The minimum buying hours for the first month is 120 hours and can be reduced to 60 hours in the following months.

We will send you the timesheet for the number of used hours each week.The Block Hours Purchase Program (the “Program”) is designed to allow the Customer to engage Domshark Services for activities of various project durations. The Program delivers resources on a Hourly Time and Materials basis over a Twelve (12) Month period.

Block Hours are non-refundable and must be purchased in advance of delivered services. The Program delivers service hours offered at a volume discount rate.
