About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Logistics Analyst to support our US-based client in managing and optimizing their logistics operations. The ideal candidate will assist in monitoring shipments, analyzing supply chain data, coordinating with carriers and vendors, and ensuring smooth and timely delivery of goods. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in data analysis, and the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily logistics operations, including shipment tracking, order processing, and documentation.

• Monitor inbound and outbound freight to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any transportation issues.

• Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to manage logistics schedules and inventory flow.

• Analyze transportation costs, delivery performance, and vendor efficiency to identify areas for improvement.

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and logistics performance reports.

• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly logistics dashboards and KPI reports for management.

• Work closely with the US-based client’s operations and procurement teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Support process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.

• Stay updated with international shipping regulations, customs documentation, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2 + years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations (fresh graduates with internship experience may apply).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data reporting tools.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-border teams and vendors.

• Familiarity with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is an advantage.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
